  • Jackson’s Point Retreat can host overnight groups up to 170 guests (subject to room availability and your group’s rooming needs). For day events and meetings, we can accommodate additional guests depending on the room setup and schedule. Please contact us with your preferred dates and group size, and we’ll confirm the best fit.

  • Yes. We offer on-site dining and catering options for groups, with meal plans that can be tailored to your schedule. If your group has dietary needs or allergies, share those details in advance so we can plan accordingly.

    Additional meal options can include daytime coffee & snacks, late-night hot snacks.

    Our experienced Chef is always prepared to help cater to your groups unique needs

  • We’re located in Jackson’s Point, approximately about one hour from Toronto (traffic dependent). This makes us accessible for church groups across the GTA and the broader region.

  • JPRCC is well equipped to accommodate your AV needs. AV needs vary by room and setup. Tell us what you require (projector/screen, microphones, speakers, music setup, etc.), and we’ll confirm what’s available and what to plan for.

  • Sometimes, depending on the season and your booking details. If exclusivity or privacy is important for your church retreat, request it up front, and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your dates.
